We use thermoforming to develop and produce packaging that’s a perfect match for your preferences and requirements. From the Arnhem region, we serve customers throughout Europe, focusing on four different sectors: the consumer market, the food sector, the pharmaceutical sector and the industrial sector. We also work in close cooperation with Reflex Packaging, a company that operates internationally.

What is thermoforming?

Thermoforming is a technology in which plastic is heated to 125 degrees Celsius. This ensures that the plastic can be formed easily. We can form the heated plastic into whatever packaging you have in mind, including blister packs, lids for tubs of tomatoes, box interiors, counter displays, transport trays or blister packs for medicines.

Working method

What makes Nedupack unique is that we can offer everything under one roof. We have our own design team, our own mould production facility and our own machinery. We put all these resources to good use in developing and producing your packaging. After first meeting with you to discuss your preferences and requirements, our design team will translate these into a 3D model. Once you’ve approved the 3D model, we develop a prototype. And if the prototype is what you’re looking for, we’ll develop a production mould. The production mould enables us to ensure fast and efficient production. If so desired, we can also deliver the packaging to you!
