Sweet packaging: which materials do we use?

Various types of plastics can be used to develop and produce sweet packaging. We decide on the type of plastic after assessing your preferences and requirements. We primarily use A-PET, R-PET, PE, PP and PS plastics. These plastics each have their own unique properties. Some types of plastic are heat resistant, while others perform well at low temperatures. Others ensure that your product is protected effectively against possible damage (for instance during transport). We work with you to identify the most suitable type of plastic.

How we develop and produce your sweet packaging

To ensure that we meet your specific requirements, one of our advisers will discuss your sweet packaging preferences and requirements with you. We’ll work together to devise an idea, which we’ll then develop into a 3D model (so-called rendering). The 3D model will be used to develop the first prototype. This prototype enables us to fine-tune the details and determine whether this packaging is the best match for your product. If this is the case, we’ll create a production mould in our own mould production facility and will use this mould for the fast and efficient production of your packaging.
